We call ourselves Pub Buds because of all the activities we like doing together - and there are more than we can count - the one of which we are most fond is relaxing in an attractive, unique and busy pub somewhere - most anywhere on the planet - and chatting with each other or with other patrons, doing some serious people watching, making new friends, enjoying the surroundings and - on rare occasion - partaking of a pint (or two) of fine ale (Brian) and a glass (or two) of good wine (Debbie). By far the most memorable of such occasions have been those where we have sat outside a canal-side pub in England in the afternoon sun, watching the boat traffic through the locks.
